WHEEL BEARING PACKS (Single, Double, Triple)

• Bearing Packs Include:
• Inspect brake shoes, bearings, and magnets
• Clean & Repack wheel bearings
• Adjust brake lining as needed
• Verify the operation of the electrical brake magnets and brake away switch
• *Greasing Seals are extra – Prices vary by axel size

WATER HEATER SERVICE

• Operation Safety and Fuel Efficiency
• Check condition of Anode Rod
• Check Relief Valve
• Adjust burners and electrodes
• Check Thermo Couplers
• Check module boards
• Complete operation
• Check burner assembly; remove nests, bugs, webs, etc.

OVEN / RANGE SERVICE

• Check for proper LP pressure and adjust if needed
• Check for accumulation of dirt, grease, dust or spider webs
• Check individual burners one at a time for flame variance while rotating the valve
• Check and test oven temperature. Adjust as necessary to +/- 25 of set point

RUBBER ROOF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

• Manufacturers recommend this service annually
• Clean rubber roof with specially designed cleaning agents
• Apply UV blocking treatment to protect rubber membrane
• Inspect for Leaks, Repairs, and Seam Seals

REFRIGERATOR SERVICE

• Verify unit is air tight in compartment
• Check that unit is vented properly in both roof and sidewall
• Clean and adjust burner and orifice
• Inspect and test all door seals
• Check LP pressure and proper voltage
• Clean roof vent and check baffle

WATER SYSTEM CHECK

• Water Pump operation
• Check all faucets
• Check holding tanks
• Check Fresh water fill
• Complete water line pressure test
• Check all gate valves

COMPLETE WINTERIZATION

• Blow Out Waterlines with Compressed Air
• Open Toilet Valv3 and Allow Air to Force out Any Water
• Fill P-Traps with Anti-Freeze

DELUXE WINTERIZATION

• Winterize Ice Maker and/or Water Filter

GENERATOR OIL CHANGE

• Manufacturer’s recommend this service every 75 operating hours or every 12 months
• Change Oil and Filter
• *If needed generator removal and other parts will be at additional cost

GAS GENERATOR SERVICE

• Clean and Check Battery and Connections
• Visual Inspection of Exhaust System
• Clean Spark Arrestor
• Verify CO Detector and Operation
• Check Air Filter – Replace as Necessary
